Chris is a Director and CTO of ZUUK and one of the founders of the company. His extensive
expertise comes from nearly 20 years of post-graduate IT experience in the financial, retail
and telecoms sectors. Chris has excelled in technical architect roles, showing his ability to
manage projects from conception to completion. His work experience includes internet and
J2EE consultancy roles for many household names including British Telecom, Ericsson,
AEG, Barclays, William Hill, Experion and Equifax.

Richard is an expert in solution delivery, both as a practitioner and manager, bringing over
20 years experience to the team. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of systems
development and implementation with specific expertise in programme and project
management, Agile, SCRUM, RUP PRINCE2, business analysis, requirements analysis,
software architectures, UML and 00A/D. Richard is equally comfortable working at shop floor
or board level. His interest and motivation stems from making best use of technology to
realise the strategic aims, goals and objectives of the business.

Iain joined ZUUK in 2005, bringing over 20 years of programming experience to the
company. He has worked as a technical architect, team leader for over 10 years and also
as analysis and configuration manager. His technical skills include the use of Java, EJB,
HTTP, Servlets, Apache and Weblogic. As one of ZUUK's key consultants, Iain is deployed
to work on and off client sites where a skilled resource is required. Iain's wealth of
experience is also invaluable in strategic planning and implementation.

Josef has been a member of ZUUK since 2003, and has played a pivotal role in the
development of ZUUK's internal suite of software products. His strong programming
experience and excellent team work have made him a crucial player in ZUUK's success.
Josef is a graduate from Leeds University where he gained a First Class Honours degree
in IT. He went on to consolidate his experience with several Leeds-based companies, using
(amongst many technical skills) Java, J2EE, servlets and echo, and consistently showed
his ability to deliver projects on time and to a very high standard.

Phil is the most recent Consultant to join ZUUK in 2007. Formerly the Head of Online
Technology at Trigold, a company providing brokerage software in the financial sector. He
has a wealth of experience in both managing and developing large scale J2EE/Java
projects.

Jude is one of the founders of the company, and is a key figure in the planning, strategy and direction of the company. Jude is a graduate from York University and as Business Manager of ZUUK has overall responsibility for client accounts, and financial and employee management. Jude's excellent people skills and organisational abilities have been crucial in building a strong, well-structured, systemised business platform for the continuing growth of ZUUK.
